CCTV cameras are supposed to help with the prevention of vandalism. It has to be said that in the overwhelming majority of cases they certainly do. However on very rare occasions the cameras actually help the vandals. This is impossible you may think! However watch the footage below and you will see that vandals will resort to all measures to ensure that they are not watched by CCTV cameras!!! This however is what we can only refer to as….. extreme.
